Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze disruptive technologies through 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite leadership
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Tech Review and Future Studies Journal
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout frontier technologies
- Present trend analyses at global innovation summits (Davos, CES)
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Sociology
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in Delphi method, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience with blockchain, quantum computing, or climate tech modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
