Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats for the organization.
- Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to present findings and recommendations on technology investments and innovation initiatives.
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate new technologies into existing and future products.
- Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, market analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, machine learning, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotechnology.
