Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic institutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Present future technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in innovation methodologies and future-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
