Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) and assess market viability for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Mentor R&D teams on emerging tech methodologies and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
