Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological insights into actionable product initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Define KPIs and success metrics for innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2025+ horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, advanced robotics)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI assessment
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with agile/lean innovation methodologies
