Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech solutions into current products
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes for strategic positioning
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage innovation incubation programs for disruptive concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and S-curves
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
