Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext as an industry pioneer
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious initiatives
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D partners
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and track technology adoption metrics
- Mentor a team of technologists and futurists to cultivate next-generation talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
