Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes and MVPs
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and venture capital firms
- Analyze global tech policy trends and adapt innovation strategies accordingly
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
