Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate global technology disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into market-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning with proven 2026+ vision
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable business impact
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Pro)
