Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technology trends and integration opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to assess viability and market impact.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on future technology adoption.
- Predict potential disruptions to our industry and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor a team of junior strategists and data analysts.
- Present complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, future of work trends, and quantum computing concepts.
