Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for 5-8 year market forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible innovation
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of geopolitical and regulatory tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
