- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI consciousness) and assess market impact
- Design strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic research institutions
- Present future scenarios to executive board and secure $50M+ innovation budget allocations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI across 2026 initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists in predictive modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech verticals: quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced data science credentials
- Experience securing >$100M in innovation funding from VCs and corporate ventures
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized technologies from concept to market
