Responsibilities

- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Partner with climate-tech startups to integrate carbon-negative solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Drive innovation sprints focused on accessibility and inclusive design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record scaling sustainable tech initiatives
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in human-computer interaction design
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable tech (preferred)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
