Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities and risks for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed insights
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateX at global tech forums
- Oversee technology roadmapping for R&D initiatives aligned with 2026 business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into commercial value
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Proficient in strategic planning methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
