- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech implementation in critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with long-term business vision
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in implementing quantum/AI/IoT hybrid systems
- Expertise in ethical tech governance frameworks (NIST, IEEE 7000)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for speculative R&D initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two 5-year tech strategy implementations
