Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical infrastructure solutions
- Research emerging quantum threat vectors and develop mitigation strategies
- Create technical documentation and architecture blueprints for quantum-safe networks
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype quantum encryption algorithms
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on best practices and emerging standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Cryptography with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC finalists)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in distributed systems and zero-trust architecture
- Published research in quantum security or related fields
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
