Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop market-entry strategies for breakthrough technologies with $50M+ budget oversight
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments to mitigate regulatory risks
- Drive internal culture of innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive foresight roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing implementations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Web3, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and external partners
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
