Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 technology strategy encompassing AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (NFTs, Web3, neuromorphic computing) and assess business impact/opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions for market readiness by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech innovation lab with $10M+ annual budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Strong network connections with global tech research institutions
