Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and emerging paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies including quantum AI, biotech convergence, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption pathways
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 industry transformation scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interface design
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with scenario modeling expertise
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
