Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 tech strategy roadmap with 18-month execution plans
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate, and mobility sectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
