Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to access cutting-edge research
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
