Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Oversee technology portfolio optimization and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech thought leadership (patents, publications, keynotes)
