Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum)
- Proven track record leading $10M+ innovation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
