Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum research from lab to market
- Expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal research funding
