Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with board-level vision
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Represent company at global tech forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ in tech environments
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and strategic modeling software
