Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations with $50M+ market potential
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Presentation skills for executive audiences (TEDx, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting projects
