Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech landscape shifts and regulatory impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or tech innovation roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
