You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, anticipate market disruptions, and shape our innovation pipeline while mentoring the next generation of tech leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Build and manage a network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives and responsible innovation frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-scanning methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., from Stanford d.school or MIT)
