Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive advantages for the 2026 release.
- Product Architecture: Oversee the architectural design of next-generation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the prototyping and validation of high-fidelity concepts before full-scale development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, product management, or software engineering.
