Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling commercialized tech solutions
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Experience with federal/state innovation grant programs
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
