Responsibilities

- Architect scalable frameworks integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams across 5 global innovation hubs
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget and manage vendor ecosystems for cutting-edge hardware
- Publish white papers and speak at Davos/WEF summits on future tech trajectories
- Mentor PhD fellows in developing breakthrough applications for climate and healthcare
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, bio-integrated AI, or space tech
- Track record of shipping production systems using bleeding-edge tech (e.g., superconducting qubits)
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 on 2026 tech roadmaps
- Active patents in distributed systems or advanced materials science
- Fluency in Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
