- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-state strategies to C-suite executives and investors, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent capable of executing on forward-looking projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and integrate them into business strategy.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of AI/ML, distributed systems, and emerging web technologies (WebGPU, WebAssembly).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
