Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints for the 2026 release cycle.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development projects focusing on emerging technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-tech concepts to C-suite executives, investors, and engineering teams to drive alignment.
- Innovation Incubation: Build and manage internal incubators for experimental technologies that have the potential to disrupt the market by 2026.
- Legacy Modernization: Architect migration strategies to transition legacy systems into future-ready, scalable architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and executing them in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
