Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast business impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps with executive stakeholders
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (AI ethics, sustainable tech, quantum computing)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings translating foresight into actionable insights
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Economics, Data Science, or Business Strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
