Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, sustainability) to inform 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for potential market disruptions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision
- Translate complex data into executive-ready dashboards and strategic narratives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics
- Proficiency with strategic planning tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK, Tableau)
- Demonstrated success in influencing C-level decision-making
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with blockchain, AI ethics, and climate tech analysis
