Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for market expansion and product evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic shifts
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive market forces and innovation opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Measure strategy effectiveness using KPIs and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic risk modeling
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Power BI, Tableau)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ strategic implementations
