Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging challenges (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused initiatives with $5M+ budgets across 3-5 verticals
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends in Harvard Business Review and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 7+ figure revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR) or innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence demonstrated at Davos or similar forums
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful strategic transformations with measurable outcomes
