- Produce scenario-based models for market evolution and technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and adaptation to emerging realities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, STEEPLE)
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
