- Develop and implement multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with technological evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for future product/service development
- Partner with C-suite to align organizational capabilities with 2026 market projections
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive organizational transformation through agile methodologies and future-proofing frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or scaling tech firms
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Proven track record executing multi-year strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
