Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic vision for emerging technologies (2026-2031) including AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive startups and academic breakthroughs
- Present quarterly future-readiness briefings to the board of directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation leadership with measurable impact
