- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future-focused concepts
- Analyze emerging data patterns to forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-backed insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping with agile methodologies
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic planning and innovation management
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile Innovation methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated success in launching at least three breakthrough products/services
