Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market paradigms post-2025
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Architect scalable frameworks for sustainable and inclusive technological adoption
- Present foresight analyses to investors and board members using immersive data visualization
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Author white papers on ethical innovation and societal impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep familiarity with Web3, neurotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented at scale
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
