- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture frontier insights
- Mentor cross-generational teams to foster future-ready mindsets and agile execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
