Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance artificial intelligence architectures capable of handling complex real-time data streams and quantum-ready protocols.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous systems, ensuring our technology remains ahead of the 2026 industry standard.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the AI division, collaborating closely with C-level executives to align product development with business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of pioneering new technologies or solving complex, unsolved problems in the tech space.
