Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Colorado Springs market to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to understand local industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present product or service solutions tailored to meet specific client needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective local outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads using CRM software to track progress and close deals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local client visits.
