As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate new leads through outbound calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and finalize sales contracts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Self-Motivation: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
