Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Track customer preferences and maintain detailed sales records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience (entry-level welcome)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
