Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the Albuquerque metro area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local events and community outreach.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring an organized and welcoming customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated mindset with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation is required for local field activities.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience is a plus.
