Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and product expertise
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to optimize product displays and promotions
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and identify upselling opportunities

- Contribute to store operations including inventory management and visual standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales or customer service experience in retail or hospitality

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
