Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and problem-solving
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain visually appealing displays and organized merchandise presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
